Upfront payments & cancellations
Full upfront payment is required. Treatments are time specific and generally take hours, short notice has a detrimental effect on this. Your appointment is held for 24 hours and confirmed upon payment. No refunds will be granted. One postponement is allowed 24 hours before appointment, granted you have a fair and reasonable reason. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before treatment will result in full charge of appointment. No treatment will be performed if you have not sorted out payment before your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse my treatments to anyone. Please understand my policy is strict and booking/paying for treatment means you accept these terms.
